Another item I made for my sister on her birthday was strawberry short cake. I combined 4 eggs, 1 1/4 cups of sugar, 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 3/4 cup of flower, 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 16 ozs of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup of strawberry jam, and 2 cups of strawberries. We made this amazing strawberry short cake because its my sister favorite desert.
