This past Monday was my sisters birthday. I wanted to make her something special since during this time you cannot go out to a restaurant. I decided to make Korean style bbq beef. The ingredient for this dish was 1 1/2 pound of rib eyed steak, 1 onion thinly sliced, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 pear chopped, 3 spring onions cut into pieces, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of canola oil, and 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds. I then paired this beef with white rice. We put the rice and the beef together in a lettuce cup. It was so amazing and I will be making this again!
