Another quarantine desert that I learned how to make is crepes. To make these crepes I do 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, ½ of flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of melted butter, and whisk it until it is smooth. I put the pan on the stove to medium heat and cook both sides for 3-4 minutes. You can put any filling of your choice, but I prefer chocolate chips. I then top them off with powdered sugar, for an amazing desert.
