During this quarantine I have really gotten into baking. One of my new favorite things to bake is banana bread. The ingredients to this banana bread are 3 very ripe bananas, ¾ cup of maple syrup, ½ cup of melted coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 cup of Gluten Free flower, 1 cup of oats, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of salt. I mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately then add them all together. Another important step I add is blending the oats, so that the consistency is smoother. After all ingredients are mixed, I add a lot of chocolate chips. Finally, you bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven.
